Diego has been the acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Victoria Paraguay S.A. (VIPASA) since 2017. Diego has vast experience in large multinational operations. In 2012, he was CFO and later CEO of a $230 million dollar soybean crushing joint venture project for de Louis Dreyfus Commodities, Bunge Ltd. y Losur S.L in Paraguay. Prior to this, Diego worked for Puma Energy as CFO and was key during their acquisition of the Lubripar fuel distribution companies. Diego graduated from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción with a degree in Accounting and received his MBA from the Emporia State University in the United States.
