Fue Directora de Gesti\u00f3n de la Red de Inversiones y Exportaciones - REDIEX de Paraguay (2007-2009). Karina tambi\u00e9n fue Jefa de Gabinete de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Estado de Comercio del Ministerio de Industria y Comercio de Paraguay (2006-2007). Entre 1999-2006, ha participado en proyectos de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) y del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD), en el dise\u00f1o y desarrollo de herramientas de Pol\u00edtica de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor, y Gesti\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica de Negociaciones Comerciales Internacionales de Paraguay.
