Fue Gerente Comercial de Silvicultura en una de las principales empresas forestales de Paraguay antes de incorporarse a la <br \/>empresa. Nicole est\u00e1 bien preparada para gestionar operaciones empresariales cr\u00edticas, supervisar proyectos y garantizar un funcionamiento eficiente. Actualmente es la administradora del proyecto Chaco Vivo en Atenil, donde dirige y coordina el proyecto, gestionando m\u00faltiples comit\u00e9s. Nicole desempe\u00f1\u00f3 un papel decisivo en el inicio del proyecto REDD+ de 32.000 hect\u00e1reas en la propiedad de Atenil, que ahora es un proyecto registrado y en curso. La proximidad de Nicole con las comunidades ind\u00edgenas durante su infancia en el Chaco paraguayo le ha proporcionado una perspectiva \u00fanica sobre las pr\u00e1cticas de desarrollo sostenible. Su fluidez en alem\u00e1n, ingl\u00e9s, espa\u00f1ol y portugu\u00e9s ha sido una ventaja a la hora de establecer relaciones interculturales y promover pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las fronteras. Nicole es licenciada en Econom\u00eda Pol\u00edtica Internacional y Diplomacia por la Universidad de Bridgeport (CT, EE.UU.).
