V\u00edctor tiene una vasta experiencia trabajando en inventarios forestales y de carbono en todo Paraguay. Desde 2011 - 2012, V\u00edctor trabaj\u00f3 con la Organizaci\u00f3n Guyra Paraguay como coordinador l\u00edder de todo el equipo de trabajo de campo forestal, instalaci\u00f3n y recolecci\u00f3n de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos con \u00e9nfasis en la Reducci\u00f3n de Emisiones de Gases de Efecto Invernadero (GEI) debido a la deforestaci\u00f3n y degradaci\u00f3n de los bosques en el ecosistema del Bosque Atl\u00e1ntico. V\u00edctor ha trabajado como coordinador principal de inventarios forestales para Guyra, Wildlife Conservation Society y la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n. En particular, V\u00edctor coordin\u00f3 y supervis\u00f3 la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos forestales para la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Agricultura y la Alimentaci\u00f3n (FAO) para el proyecto REDD+ del Programa Conjunto Nacional de las Naciones Unidas en Paraguay.
